What we collect

• Contact: name, email.
• Business info: business name, category, city, website and competitors (public business information).
• Visit source: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), the page you came from and the first page you visited. They are kept in your browser's local storage (not cookies) and only reach us if you request a check or subscribe; we use them to learn which channels work.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
• Minimal technical logs (IP, date, page) for security.

We don't collect sensitive personal data.

How we use it

To create and send your check and reports, run your account and billing, and provide support. With your consent, to send Mencioly news. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email.

Sharing

We share data only with processors acting for us: hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.), Stripe (payments), email delivery (Resend) and AI/data providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, DataForSEO), which receive only the questions about your business, not your email. Some are located outside your country. We don't sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (e.g. Mexico's LFPDPPP, California's CCPA/CPRA, the EU/UK GDPR) you may have additional rights.

Cookies
